We are thrilled to announce that our work is in full swing for commissioning and kick-starting the advanced Smart Parking Guidance, Smart Lighting, and now the KNX Lighting Systems at City Mall, Ramallah. This significant step mirrors our unwavering commitment to offering innovative and sustainable solutions. The next phase of our project includes the installation of a comprehensive Building Management System (BMS), alongside a prepaid billing system for Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) in the mall. Electra Control Systems®️ introduces Prepaid VRF System at Hyperon Center, Hebron!  Features include pre-charging shops, balance alerts, auto-disconnection, smart interface, payment records, and a comprehensive accounting model. Our Android and iPhone apps streamline tasks. Combined with smart parking, KNX, and BMS systems, we ensure a seamlessly functioning mall.

 

LACASA MALL
